While studying at Christ University, Campus Careers founder Kanishk Bhardwaj discovered that a big reason he was able to get the top HR internship was because his college happened to be in the heart of Bengaluru’s IT hub, which made it convenient for his Fortune500 employer to come and hire a small class of 4 interns from the same college in a single day. Upon joining the Investment Bank as a full time employee, he realized that his senior colleagues had to struggle for years to land similar full time positions. In his role as a University Recruiter, having met thousands of talented students in different states and cities across India, this restless thought only grew. 

 

The foundations of Campus Careers were laid in Feb 2016 and with a small, but focussed team, Campus Careers was able to bring onboard a clientele of leading startups that went on to become household names in India. We have matched college students and early professionals with game changing opportunities that they thought were out of their reach.
